Voice & chat agent · Bangla and English

The calls you miss are the ones you never hear about.

An agent that picks up every call and message — after hours, during rush, on holidays — answers the question, captures the lead, and books the appointment.

    How the conversation moves

Four kinds of caller. One agent. Your team decides what matters.

Everyone reaches someone in seconds. The agent finishes what it can finish, and everything needing judgement arrives at your team with the whole conversation attached.

      NEW ENQUIRY · 11:14 PM

Answers from your own catalogue, then captures the lead.

    • “How much does it cost?”
      PRICE SHOPPER · COMPARING

Captures name, number, what they wanted and how soon — straight to your team.

    • “Can I come on Friday?”

The dotted line is the path that never happens: nobody waits on hold, nobody hears a queue, nobody leaves a voicemail that gets returned two days later.

    Do the arithmetic

What is an unanswered call actually worth?

Use your own numbers. Most owners have never put a figure on this, which is exactly why it never gets fixed.

    Walking out the door, annually

Revenue you already paid marketing money to create, lost at the last step. Change the numbers to match your business.

    What the agent does

Six jobs an AI voice agent does on every call

    Answers

Price, stock, hours, warranty — from your information. If it doesn't know, it says so.

    Captures

Name, number, what they wanted, how soon. In your database before the call ends.

    Books

Checks real availability, confirms the slot, sends the reminder. No double-booking.

    Escalates

Complaints and negotiation go to a person — with the full conversation attached.

    Never closes

11pm, Eid, three agents off sick. The line behaves the same at 2am as at 2pm.

    Leaves a record

Every conversation searchable. You learn what customers keep asking for.

    Delivered work

One client. Two brands. Two different buyers.

Manoshi Group distributes both in Bangladesh and gave full consent to publish this.

Same engine. Different vocabulary, different register, different desk it routes to.
Knowing which question each buyer is really asking is the work — the technology is the easy part.

Where this pays for itself fastest

Businesses where one missed call is a real loss.

    Real estate

Buyers call about a listing once. If nobody picks up they call the next agent — and that agent earns the commission.

    Clinics & diagnostics

Most booking calls arrive while reception is with a patient. The agent takes the booking, confirms it, and reminds them the day before.

    Education & migration consultancy

Enquiries arrive in bursts around intake deadlines, in two languages, with the same twenty questions every time.

    Retail & e-commerce

Availability, price, delivery time, warranty — answered instantly at 11pm, when a large share of enquiries actually arrive.

    The first step

One free call. Thirty minutes. Three questions answered.

Not a sales pitch. By the end you will know whether an AI agent is worth it for your business — including if the answer is no.

Everything from the call is yours to keep — whether you work with me or not. No follow-up sequence, no pressure, no obligation.

    The engagement

From first call to a live agent in two to three weeks.

You are not buying a project that ends. You are handing over a job, and the system that does it stays managed.

    STEP 01

The 30-minute session above. You get the map whether or not you hire me.

    STEP 02

You hear it before you buy it

A working agent built on your real information and your real questions. You call it yourself and judge it. No slide deck stands in for this.

    Days 2–5
    STEP 03

Live on a side door first

It starts on overflow and after-hours calls only — never a full switchover. Your main line is untouched until the agent has earned it.

    Week 2
    STEP 04

    We keep it right

Real conversations expose edge cases. Every month we review transcripts, correct what it got wrong, and update it as your products and prices change.

    Who builds it
I spent fifteen years on the buying side of systems like this — including the ones that didn't work.

Before building AI systems I ran route-to-market, distribution and consumer activation at national scale for Japan Tobacco International, Unilever, Marico and Robi Axiata. I have sat in the seat you are sitting in: signing off on technology, then living with whatever it turned out to be. It is why this page talks about missed enquiries and cost per lead instead of models and integrations — and why the agent starts on a side door instead of your main line.

    Pricing

A setup fee, then a monthly that keeps it working.

An agent left unmanaged drifts within weeks. The monthly is what stops that — not a subscription for access.

Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance; usage beyond it is billed transparently at cost. SIP and telephony call rates are charged by your carrier and are not included. Setup is a one-time fee. No lock-in — the monthly is cancellable with 30 days' notice, and your data is yours to take.

    Before you ask

    The six questions everybody asks.

Will it sound like a robot to my customers?+
Judge it yourself before you pay — that is what step two exists for. We build the agent on your real information and you call it. If it doesn't sound right to you, it doesn't go live. Most of the work in a good agent isn't the voice; it's controlling how much it says and when it stops talking.
What if it tells a customer something wrong?+
It answers from your own verified information rather than generating freely, and it is built to say it doesn't know and pass the caller to a person instead of guessing. It also starts on overflow and after-hours calls, so the first weeks of real conversations are reviewed before it ever touches your main line.
Do I have to change my phone system or my software?+
No. The agent sits alongside what you already have. Chat runs on your existing number and website. Voice connects to your line through your carrier. Leads and bookings are pushed into whatever you already use — a sheet, a CRM, or your own database.
    Is my customer data safe?+
Conversation records and lead data are stored in a database that belongs to your business, not mine, and you can export or delete it at any time. Only what the conversation needs is collected — typically name, contact number and what the customer asked about — and consent is captured as part of the conversation itself.
    Are you replacing my staff?+
Not in any business I've worked with. The agent absorbs repetition — the same twenty questions, the after-hours enquiries nobody was answering anyway — and hands your team the conversations that need judgement. Most owners redeploy people to follow-up and closing, which is where they were always more valuable.
What happens if I want to stop?+
Thirty days' notice on the monthly, no penalty. Your conversation history, lead records and the content you supplied leave with you. The setup fee covers work already delivered and isn't refundable once the agent is live.
